Shipping Policy
All purchases are shipped via USPS. Customers within the U.S. will be charged a shipping fee based on the weight of their package. Orders being shipped OUTSIDE the U.S. WILL BE charged a flat shipping rate. Orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days (that does not include weekends) of the original purchase date, excluding holidays. Customers will be notified when shipping occurs.
Once your item is shipped your address cannot be changed. Once your package is delivered, it can not be refunded/exchanged unless it is received back in the same condition. L M Designs LLC is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after USPS has marked the item delivered. In the case that this occurs, please reach out to USPS to file a claim.

**Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting exchanges and returns. All sales are final.
Normal Operation Return & Exchange Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
